EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A PELICAN CASE TO LOAD IT INTO THEIR VAN. WHILE PLACING THE CASE DOWN THEIR FINGER WAS CAUGHT IN THE LIP OF THE PELICAN CASE. AFTER SETTING THE PACKAGE DOWN EMPLOYEE WENT TO MOVE THEIR HAND AWAY PINCHING THE FINGER IN THE LIP. CAUSING PAIN AND BLEEDING.
