EMPLOYEE STATED THAT ABOUT [REDACTED] HE WAS REMOVING THE EXHAUST UNDERNEATH A BELT LOADER WHEN SOME RUST DEBRIS FELL ONTO HIS FACE AND WENT AROUND HIS SAFETY GLASSES WITH SIDE SHIELD AND INTO HIS EYE. HE FLUSHED HIS EYES OUT AND FELT BETTER AFTERWARDS. [REDACTED] HE FELT EYE IRRITATION AND NOTIFIED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO GO TO THE EYE DOCTOR.
