EMPLOYEE LEFT THE BUILDING AT [REDACTED] AND ARRIVED TO HER FIRST STOP. UPON ARRIVAL AT HER FIRST STOP WHICH WAS AT [REDACTED] SHE TEXTED ME AND SAID THAT HER VISION WAS BLURRY AND SHE WANTED TO SEE A DOCTOR. SHE THEN TEXT ME A LITTLE LATER AND SAID THAT SHE WAS GOING TO CALL AN AMBULANCE WHICH SHE DID. THE AMBULANCE AND MYSELF ARRIVED AT THE SAME TIME AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL.
