AS THE EMPLOYEE STEPPED OUT OF THE TRUCK HE BEGAN TO NOTICE DISCOMFORT AND ISSUES WITH HIS RIGHT KNEE. HE REPORTED TO MANAGEMENT THAT THERE WAS NO SPECIFIC INCIDENT SUCH AS AWKWARD MOVEMENT TRIPPING OR STRIKING THE KNEE AGAINST ANY OBJECT. RATHER THE KNEE APPEARED TO GIVE OUT AND THE CONDITION DID NOT IMPROVE AS THE DAY PROGRESSED.
