EMPLOYEE HAS OPENING THE CONTAINER DOOR ON THE AAD. AS THE DOOR WAS OPENING A LARGE TOTE OR PACKAGE WITH SUBSTANTIAL WEIGHT FELL AND STRUCK HIM ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HEAD. AT THAT POINT EMPLOYEE STATES HE SEEN A FLASH OF LIGHT AND IT TOOK HIM SOME TIME AWAY TO GATHER HIMSELF.
