EMPLOYEE REPORTS DURING AM SORT ([REDACTED]-0900) SQUATTED UNDER CONVEYOR BELT TO HELP CLEAR A JAM. BECAME SORE AFTER THE SORT BUT DID NOT THINK ANYTHING OF IT AND WENT HOME. AT [REDACTED] EMPLOYEE TEXTED MANAGER TO ADVISE UNABLE TO RETURN FOR PM SORT DUE TO HURTING BACK AT WORK. BACK SPASMS BEGAN WHEN REACHED HOME THEN MADE AN APPT. WITH PCP WHO PRESCRIBED MEDS FOR BACK SPASMS AND INFLAMMATION. EMPLOYEE ALSO ADVISED WEARS A BACK BRACE FOR SUPPORT.
