THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING THROUGH THE SERVICE ENTRANCE DOOR WHEN THE DOOR STOPPER BY THE HINGE AT THE TOP OF THE DOOR CAME LOOSE AND STRUCK HER IN THE FOREHEAD. SHE EXPERIENCED SEVERE PAIN AND SWELLING. SHE FELT A LITTLE DISORIENTED WHEN IT FIRST HAPPENED. SHE WHEN TO THE MEDRITE TO BE TREATED AFTER HER SHIFT.
