EMPLOYEE WAS ASKED HE NEEDED TO GO HOME AND HE STATED YES. EMPLOYEE WENT INTO THE BREAKROOM TO REST BEFORE LEAVING AND AT SOME POINT PASSED OUT IN THE BREAKROOM AT THAT TIME 911 WAS CALLED.
