THE EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF STEPPING OUT OF THE VEHICLE WHEN THEY RELEASED THE HELP BAR MISTAKENLY THINKING THEY WERE ALREADY ON THE GROUND. THIS LED TO THE EMPLOYEE ROLLING THEIR ANKLE. AS A RESULT THE EMPLOYEE FELL WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ADJUST THEIR BALANCE AFTER THE ANKLE ROLL.
