EE WAS WALKING BACK TO HIS TRUCK AFTER MAKING DELIVERY TO POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE WALKING ON WET SIDEWALK ONE PORTION THAT WAS COVERED WITH WATER WITH ICE UNDERNEATH EMPLOYEE THEN SLIPPED STRIKING HEAD AND UPPER EXTREMITIES ON GROUND. EE DID REMEMBER FALLING BUT BLOOD RUNNING DOWN HIS FACE. EE REALIZED WHEN A BYSTANDER WAS YELLING HELP IS ON ITS WAY. EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING PROPER FOOT WARE AT TIME OF INCIDENT.
