ON [REDACTED] WHILE EXITING SPRINTER VEHICLE #260009 AT THE LOADING DOCK AT [REDACTED] THE EMPLOYEE HAD THEIR LEFT HAND ON THE HANDLEBAR FOR SUPPORT. UPON STEPPING OUT THE EMPLOYEE SLIPPED ON THE REAR BUMPER WHICH WAS SLICK DUE TO RAIN AND AN INVISIBLE LAYER OF GREASE. THIS CAUSED THE EMPLOYEE TO FALL ONTO THE CONCRETE FLOOR IMPACTING THE LEFT SIDE OF THEIR RIB CAGE.
