THE EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A DELIVERY AT A RESIDENCE. UPON LEAVING AN AGGRESSIVE DOG APPEARED FROM AROUND THE HOUSE AND BEGAN TO GROWL AND SHOW ITS TEETH. THE EMPLOYEE BEGAN TO BACK AWAY WHEN SHE STUMBLED AND HIT THE BACK OF HER HEAD SCRAPPED HER LEFT ELBOW AND HURT HER RIGHT ANKLE.
