Before the incident
It was the conclusion of an MCO drill at an airport on a non-active runway. The crew (including the injured employee) was removing a training mannequin from the training aircraft as part of the scenario. They were appropriately dressed in full turnout gear helmet and SCBA while on air for scenario.
What happened
While removing the training mannequin from the training aircraft as part of a scenario the employee began to experience right shoulder and upper back discomfort. After returning equipment and debrief discomfort increased and was effecting the injured employee from turning their head neck.
