Checking hydraulic pressure on truck

Employee was performing a hydraulic pressure test on a high reach bucket truck inside building E [REDACTED] W2. Employee used the diverter valve to switch the flow from the rail-gear to the bucket which caused the hydraulic pressure to blow apart the flow control valve. The adjustment screw from the flow control valve struck the employee in the neck area. [REDACTED] was called and the employee was treated with first-aid until an ambulance arrived and transported the employee for further care evaluation.
