Before the incident

What happened
The service technician was using a razor blade and holder assembly to scrape off a decal [REDACTED] and as he got the corner up he grabbed that corner with the thumb index and middle finger of the opposite hand and the razor blade slipped and thrust into his middle finger causing a laceration that will likely require stiches.
