WHILE LIFTING A WHEELCHAIR HE FELT ACUTE ONSET DIFFUSE CENTRAL LOW BACK PAIN. REPORTED IT FELT MUSCULAR IN CHARACTER AND AS SUCH HE TOOK IBUPROFEN WITH INITIAL MILD IMPROVEMENT. REPORTS HE THEN DROVE ROUGHLY AN HOUR AND WHEN HE ARRIVED AT HIS NEXT LOCATION HE HAD PROGRESSIVE PAIN AND STIFFNESS GETTING OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND UPON TRYING TO PULLLIFT ANOTHER EMPTY WHEELCHAIR HE HAD RECURRENT PAIN THAT WAS WORSE THAN PRIOR.
