EMPLOYEE PASSED OUT WHEN HE WENT TO GO WASH HIS HANDS. [REDACTED] WAS CALLED AND PARAMEDICS ARRIVED BUT DID NOT TAKE EMPLOYEE TO ER. EMPLOYEE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HIMSELF TO CLINIC.
