Had his foot placed over Concrete pump system hose to keep from moving

While pouring flowable fill in to a leave out using a concrete pump hose system. [REDACTED] was holding down the concrete hose with his leg while also using his hands to support himself with a panel brace so that the hose wouldn 't move. While doing this the hose caught air causing for the hose to rattle violently; flinging him into the metal brace where he impacted his knee directly into the brace & then fell to the ground
