THE SCREEN TABLE WAS BEING HOISTED UP VIA A STEEL CHAIN AND LOAD SHIFTED WHILE EE 'S HAND WAS IN-BETWEEN THE TABLE AND THE WEAR PLATE AND BREIFLY CAUGHT EE 'S RIGHT HAND IN BETWEEN THE TWO SURFACES
