Before the incident
EE had just finished lunch and started to get back to work. EE stated that he grabbed a drill and started to walk across the jobsite to strip wall panels.
What happened
While EE was walking across the jobsite EE stepped over a 24 inch deep by 16 inch wide trench. While EE was stepping over the trench EE 's foot slipped into the trench causing EE to fall to ground.
