Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] two general laborer associates working in the [REDACTED] area were relabeling a [REDACTED] order When both attempted to perform a Team Lift with a box of Downey bottles (4) from the top layer of the pallet to transferring to another pallet the box slipped from one of the associates hands (left) causing the weight of the box to distribute to the other associate The other associate then attempted to hold the box up to prevent the bottles from falling out onto the floor The first associate then immediately grabbed onto the box allow both associates to then place the box onto the pallet simultaneously The second associate then started feeling some discomfort in their right arm and went to inform this Ops Manager of their condition and how the discomfort came to be
