Our associate was operating a Raymond Deep Reach Truck and traveling east on the [REDACTED] which is a twoway travel path located between dock doors and racked storage aisles The operator was traveling 5MPH when he began to veer off course for about 2530 feet in the direction of the racked storage While the operator was drifting off course there were no observations that the operator attempted to change course or brace for impact before they collided with the rack upright Associate was having pain in left hip and unable to put pressure on left leg
