Before the incident
[REDACTED] took a hot box of food from the kitchen to the Pack Member dining room. After dropping it off she was returning with the empty hot box to the kitchen.
What happened
As she was trying to get the hot box down the hall other pack members were trying to get by. She attempted to move the hot box out of the way to make the walkway bigger and while doing so she rolled the hot box into her hand and pinned it against the wall.
