What happened
Before dispatching the slide she noticed two kids walking up the slide towards the dispatch platform. She stopped the ride and walked down the slide to help them up. As she was helping them back to the top of the slide another lifeguard came to assist and lost his balance. He slide into the kids and [REDACTED] causing her to fall.
