Before the incident
Employee was refueling a tractor. The tractor had metal forks on the back used to move fruit bins around in the orchard. He was standing on these metal forks while refueling.

Once the tractor was filled with gas he went to put the nozzle back on the gas tank and ended up slipping on the metal forks. He hit his knee on the tractor and wheel causing pain. He requested to be seen by a doctor.
