EE was using the drill to insert screws at Infinity DH top hardware.

EE was using the drill to put in the screws in the window on Infinity DH top hardware and felt some soreness in the shoulder blade and neck area. EE stated that EE felt the arm get heavy. EE was also pushing windows in that area that caused an increase of pain shoulder. Pain level was at a 3 10 at the end of the day. When EE went home EE 's pain increased to a 5-6 10. Right now EE 's neck and shoulder blade are sore. Pain level is at a 6-7 10 and was able to ice on [REDACTED]. EE has also used a heat pad. EE has full range of motion with no pain. EE was given the high five and hug a zombie stretches and advised to ice throughout the day. EE is requesting a FAM appointment.
