Before the incident
EE was moving window to tail of trailer.
What happened
Driver was moving window to tail of trailer. Customer location did not have a loading dock and personnel in forklift had a rack raised next to trailer. EE was pushing window onto the rack and stepped onto the rack to make room for another window thinking it was stable but as soon as weight was applied the rack tipped and EE fell 4-5 feet to the ground on their left leg and right shoulder as their body twisted from the sudden fall.
