Assoicate was adjusting the packaging of an Infinity Casement [REDACTED] wide unit.
What happened
Associate was lifting a [REDACTED] MRF unit on PAS to adjust the box beneath the unit. Associate did not feel anything off initially however after about 2 minutes associate started to feel a significant amount of pain in their right hip area. Associate describes the pain as being a stabbing aching pain. Associate would rate their pain at a 7.5 out of 10. EHS came out to talk with associate and brought associate to visit with DR on site.
