What happened
Associate was working in fabrication and overtime working in the department they were lifting heavy parts Sills and Jambs Ultrex on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] they were still dealing with the pain and then notified assistant supervisor. Worked on [REDACTED] and it was still in pain. Following [REDACTED] they bent down to pick up the [REDACTED] duster that fell and they were hurting. On [REDACTED] they also felt pain during the time where they had to manually bring the jamb machine window down.
