Before the incident
Associate was pushing a finished door into the shipping cart from the stand up wrapper.
What happened
Associate moving a door after the turntable to a cart. Associate lifted the door to help move it. They felt their left lower back hip muscle pull. It was immediate sharp pain more then a 10 on a 1-10 scale and associate was not able to finishing moving the door. Now after resting and icing it is more around a 3. Their left leg is not in pain any longer but initially it was painful as well. Associate has some pain around left shoulder as well.
