EE was changing out blades on axis 4 5 in the ripsaw. As they were torquing down the collar blades to the arbor on axis 5 the hand holding the arbor slipped and caught axis 5 blades and one of the teeth punctured through the A5 rated cut resistant glove into their left index finger
