EE alleges [REDACTED] he was working in their cycling department pulling rolltainers from the store EE had the rolltainer by the bailer pulled the cardboard out of the rolltainer and put in into the bailer and when he turned back around towards the rolltainer to close it up EE 's head was too close to the rolltainer and the zip tie that is holding the netting and the bar touched his left eye causing burning sensation pain discomfort swelling and some tears on the outer part of his left eye.
