EE attempted to conduct a cutting over on [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. While attempting the cutover it failed and the plastic did not cut so the EE flipped and cut plastic with [REDACTED]knife to start a new roll. Plastic didn 't catch on the new spindle so EE moved hand to hit film so it would catch and their fingers were smashed in between the Winder spindle and roller.
