What happened
He was trying to remove a strap by pulling on it. The strap was holding solar batteries together when a strap broke off easier than expected throwing him off balance and falling off the truck. At the same time a truck was driving from the opposite side where he landed hitting the side of the tire with his head and face nearly missing getting his head smashed.
