What happened
I experienced a pull in my lower back during assisting the other nurses and CNA in repositioning dressing change of the patient during the last shift. A sharp pain shot down my leg shortly after the pull and it continue for several hours after the event. I was too busy as a charge nurse to complete the report [REDACTED] therefore I am not reporting it.
