What happened
While in the [REDACTED]&S basement I noticed the merco drain pit cover was halfway off presenting a serious potential hazard. While pushing the cover back into place with my right foot the drain cover fell into place causing my right foot to slide forward and out from underneath me. I landed awkwardly on my left knee causing some minor scraping and soreness.
