pt assist getting into his vehicle Family called asked if staff could help him when he arrived at hospital. House director said staff would be able try to assist house director confirmed we could not send pt through the ED. When the pt arrived I our PCT assisted with while using gait belt walker wheelchair for 2-person stand pivot transfer. Pts ' daughter is an RN also helped direct pt movement. after my mid back hurt when I would breathe in also hurt to raise arms.
