Driving back to the main yard after completing the operation from the job site.

[REDACTED] broom truck operator was traveling eastbound on [REDACTED]; returning to the [REDACTED] main yard. While in transit; a southbound vehicle on [REDACTED] struck the median; crossed into oncoming traffic; and collided head-on with [REDACTED] broom truck [REDACTED] a result; both vehicles sustained damage; and the driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital.
