Before the incident

EE was taking pans off of the line on [REDACTED] 3 While doing so she reached up to grab a pan and hurt her left shoulder This was not a normal part of the employees job She stepped in to help out another employee while he was on a break EE was seen by our clinic on [REDACTED] and was released to return on the same day However she was placed on light duty with restrictions of no overhead lifting and no arm extension EE was also prescribed OTC Ibuprofen EE had a follow up appointment on [REDACTED] and was written to return to work on [REDACTED] full duty with no restrictions and no prescribed medication
