What happened
The employee was dropping off coolers at the fed ex location. They pulled a large cooler out of the driver rear door of their vehicle to put onto a dolly. The handle on the cooler broke. The cooler slipped and the plastic lid on the cooler slid across their right arm. They grabbed the cooler to keep it from hitting the ground and they felt a pull and a sharp pain in their left shoulder.
