According to the witnesses [REDACTED] when cutting the tree down that was in the parking lot the saw got stuck in the tree when trying to push the tree down to get the saw out the tree collapsed and the tree hit employee and he fell backwards and hit his head on the asphalt. Employee is currently in the emergency room I was unable to get his side of the story due to him being kind of out of it.
