What happened
[REDACTED] was helping to clean up some pools at machine 10 that needed to go into the grinder. While he was wearing a cut resistant gloves it looked like he may have been using a personal knife instead of a safety knife that cut punctured his upper left thigh after the blade slipped out of the pool he was cutting. The wound was fairly deep and was obvious that it would need stitches.
