What happened

TM was on line 5 and was cutting wraps. She was beside her trainer . She was being forceful with cutting the wraps and [REDACTED] told her multiple times there wasn 't a need to push that hard to cut the wraps. Even though the knife blade is flat...it is still sharp. While cutting the wraps TM felt a pop in her left shoulder. This pop cause immediate numbness tingling and pain down her arm into her fingers. When she first felt it she immediately stopped and dropped the knife. [REDACTED] then took over to cut and had TM wrap for a few minutes. At that point their line went to lunch. After lunch TM went back into RTE and was rolling. That is the point where she knew something serious was wrong with her shoulder. [REDACTED] asked TM if she needed to take a minute and TM said yes and went straight to the locker room.
