What happened
While pulling a pully using a bearing puller the employee felt pain and a burning sensation in his lower stomach and felt sick to his stomach. He informed his supervisor and later noticed a bulged area I told my supervisor that I felt sick to my stomach. He later noticed a bulge in his lower groin area causing discomfort.
