Before the incident
Employee was cutting down a cottonwood tree.
What happened
As the employee was cutting down the tree a gust of wind caught part of the tree. It leaned in the opposite direction so the employee leaned in to get closer. The tree snapped and rolled back on top of the employee pulled their hardhat forward and cut the back of their head.
