Employee statesI came to work the half day care at Hannah Community Center. At about [REDACTED] we were taking the kids outside to do a scavenger hunt. As we were walking to the blacktop near the basketball hoops my toe caught one of the red poles laying on the ground behind the bike rack. I fell on my right side and put my right hand out to try and catch myself causing a few scrapes abrasions to the inside of my right hand. I had pain in the middle of my chest and right side. I went to [REDACTED] in the office and asked for a band aid for my hand after I had cleaned it with soap and water. [REDACTED] offered me an ice pack for my chest and rib area which I declined and waited to see if the pain would get better on it 's own. I requested information on where to go if I decided to be seen at a medical facility.
