Before the incident
Employee states working structure fire. I forced the door open to an apartment and entered with my team. We advanced to the second and began removing the ceiling to attack the fire. Heavy smoke and zero visibility conditions occurred followed by the combustion of the smoke. Our air ran out we exited. Took a short break drank a bottle got a new air tank and went in the house (apartment) to the same area. Began to get disoriented and hot. Left building. I then vomited.
