Employee states in part I was up at the tube and body slide and was preparing to switch posts. As I reached the stairs there was no railing available to hold onto so I attempted to walk down the middle. On the first step due to the stairs being wet I slipped and fell on my buttocks hitting both of my forearms. I continued walking to my next post and informed coworker about what had happened. I told him I would be okay though my forearms were hurting. I proceeded to the drop slide but the pain in my arms continued to worsen. When I reached the top the pain became so severe that I felt like I was going to vomit and became dizzy. I called down to coworker and asked coworker to contact head staff which he did. I crouched down because I felt nauseous and lightheaded. [REDACTED] came over to check on me and tried to help me walk down the stairs but I passed out due to the pain in my forearms. I woke up at the bottom of the stairs and began vomiting. By that time my team lead had already call
