Employee states truck 12 responded with Medic 12 to a patient not conscious not responsive. While providing treatment to the patient the patient became combative. Handcuffs were applied as well as restraints for legs. [REDACTED] was then transposted to [REDACTED] ED. Upon arrival at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] broke the restraints and fought Security and Fire Department Personel. While moving patient to the hospital bed patient moved his head and on the right wrist breaking the skin. The wound was cleaned and disinfected immediately. Further treatment provided by [REDACTED] ED.
