Employee states while in training yesterday at work I noticed my right ankle get painful. I was sitting down in the training room when I first noticed the pain. I usually have right foot pain that makes around the foot throughout the day due to poor arches in my feet. I noticed the pain around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. I noticed that my pain was getting worse [REDACTED] when I was also sitting down. I have no recollection of injuring my R ankle yesterday. The pain was first noticed when I wasn 't moving.
